Delivery and logistics
We deliver to the point of use, packaged and documented the way the order asks. We hold no warehouse, so goods ship from the authorized source to you, on our account.
Terms on every quote
FOB
Stated per quote
Destination or origin, as the solicitation requires, and shown on the face of the quote so freight is never a surprise.
Ship-to
Your address, not ours
Single or multiple ship-to points, a DoDAAC or a named receiving dock, quoted against exactly as given.
Lead time
Days after receipt of order
Every line carries its own lead time. Where lines differ, we agree whether to ship complete or in stages.
Packaging and marking
Commercial packaging by default, military packaging and marking where the order calls for it: MIL-STD-2073 preservation, MIL-STD-129 labels, item marking, IUID and passive RFID. The requirement is flowed down to whoever supplies the line.
Inspection and acceptance
- Inspection at origin or destination, as the order specifies
- A packing list that matches the order line for line
- A certificate of conformance where the order accepts one
- If a line does not match what you ordered, it is replaced or credited
From award to delivery

Order placed back-to-back
On award we place our purchase order with the source, carrying your delivery date, packaging and marking.

Shipped to the point of use
Goods ship direct from the authorized source to your receiving location.

Tracked to delivery
We follow the shipment to delivery and tell you early if a date is at risk.

Invoiced as delivered
Invoices for what was delivered, after it arrives, matching the order line for line.
