§1 Registration

Legal name DYNESOURCE, LLC
Business type Non-stocking wholesale distributor

SAM status, CAGE and UEI are published here once our registration is active, so you can copy them and check them against SAM.gov.

§2 Representations

Made in every offer, and in our SAM registration once it is active.

§889 is represented annually in SAM (FAR 52.204-26) and per offer (FAR 52.204-24). Clauses cited as codified in the FAR through FAC 2026-01; agencies applying Revolutionary FAR Overhaul deviations may number some provisions differently.
RequirementStatusWhat it means
NDAA §889(a)(1)(A) — FAR 52.204‑25(b)(1)Compliant We do not provide covered telecommunications equipment or services to the Government.
NDAA §889(a)(1)(B) — FAR 52.204‑25(b)(2)Compliant We do not use covered telecommunications equipment or services in our own operations.
Trade Agreements — FAR 52.225‑5Compliant Where the clause applies, we offer only U.S.-made or designated-country end products, and state origin per line. It does not apply to small-business set-asides; Buy American still does, and we quote to whichever the solicitation carries.
Buy American — FAR 52.225‑1Compliant We determine whether each line is a domestic end product. For items other than COTS delivered 2024–2028, domestic components must exceed 65% of component cost; for COTS items, manufacture in the United States is enough. Iron and steel items are tested separately.
Supply chain risk — FAR 52.204‑30Screened We check for applicable FASCSA orders in SAM before quoting, at any order value.
Electronic parts — DFARS 252.246‑7008Flowed down Sourced from the original manufacturer or its authorized suppliers, with traceability from the manufacturer through acceptance.

§3 Nonconformance and rejection

If a line you receive does not conform to the order, we replace it or credit it, at your option.

You deal with us, not with our supplier. Remedies are contracted back-to-back with our supplier, so recovering from them is our job, not yours. None of this limits your rights under the order's inspection and warranty clauses.

  1. Tell us which line is non-conforming and why — info@dynesource.com.
  2. You choose the remedy: a replacement line or a credit. We arrange any return at our cost.
  3. We recover the cost from our supplier under the back-to-back terms.

§4 Country of origin

Every quote states the end-item manufacturer and the country of origin for each line, so the Trade Agreements or Buy American evaluation can be made before award.

§5 Contract information

Federal contract information from your orders is handled under the basic safeguarding requirements of FAR 52.204-21: access limited to the people who need it, systems patched and protected, and media sanitized before disposal. We ask only for what the order needs.

We never change payment or remittance instructions by email. If you receive a request that appears to, confirm it with us by phone before acting on it.

§6 Responsible sourcing

  • Authorized sources. Lines are bought from the manufacturer or its authorized distributors, with traceability kept from the manufacturer to delivery. Counterfeit prevention
  • Supplier conduct. Suppliers are held to our supplier code of conduct: no forced or child labor, no bribery, honest origin and the telecommunications restrictions above.
  • Conflict minerals. We do not manufacture. Where a buyer asks, we request and pass on the manufacturer's conflict minerals declaration for the line.
