How an order runs

  1. 01

    Source

Every line is matched to an authorized distributor or to the manufacturer. Where the order restricts sources, we source inside that restriction or we tell you we cannot.

  2. 02

    Verify

We confirm the end-item manufacturer, the country of origin and the packaging and marking the order calls for, before the quote goes out.

  3. 03

    Quote

One fixed-price response covering the full line list, with part numbers, origin, lead time and FOB terms on the face of it.

  4. 04

    Order

On award we take title to the goods and place back-to-back purchase orders carrying the same delivery dates, packaging, marking and quality clauses the order placed on us.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Goods ship to the point of use, marked and documented for the receiving activity. We track to delivery, and our invoices match the order line for line.
