What we require

Public and institutional buyers hold us to specific standards. We hold our suppliers to the same ones, stated here so there are no surprises after the first order.

On every quote

Speed

Quick turnaround

Solicitations have deadlines. We ask for your answer by a stated date, and a no-quote is as useful as a quote.

Price

Held for the quote period

A price that stands for the period stated on our request, so the award can be filled at the price we bid.

Lead time

One you commit to

Days after receipt of our order, per line. If it changes, tell us before it becomes late.

Authorization and documentation

  • Resale authorization where the buyer requires it, including a letter of supply when a solicitation asks for one
  • Country of origin for every item, established from the manufacturer
  • Trade compliance: items that meet the Trade Agreements Act and Buy American requirements the order applies, and no covered telecommunications equipment under NDAA §889
  • Traceability to the original manufacturer for electronic parts
  • A certificate of conformance where the order accepts one

Back-to-back terms

Whatever the order places on us is placed on you in our purchase order: delivery dates, packaging and marking, inspection, and the remedy for a line that does not conform. We state all of it in writing before you accept.
