Privacy notice

What we collect

• Request a Quote: your name, organization, email, optional phone, the requirement and any file you attach.
• Share your details (suppliers): company, contact name, email, optional phone and website, and what you supply.
• Nothing else. We set no cookies, run no analytics or advertising tags, and do not track visits.

How we use it

• To prepare and send a quote, or to evaluate and contact a supplier.
• To keep a record of the quote or the order it leads to, as contract records require.
• We do not sell, rent or share it for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

• Form submissions are received and stored by our website host's form service, and delivered to us by email.
• Page fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads, as any web request does.
• We disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it, and your choices

A request that does not lead to an order is deleted within two years. Records of quotes and orders are kept as long as contract record-keeping rules require. You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it — write to info@dynesource.com.

Do not send payment card numbers, bank details or tax identification numbers through the forms. We never ask for them there.
